Needing a little pick-me-up on this dreary day? Come grab a warm C***r Doughnut Madeleine. They say don’t mess with the classics, but we figured what could we be hurting? A classic light cinnamon-y apple-y batter with a bit more butter to act like a madeleine, baked and brushed with more butter and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar like a classic orchard c***r doughnut! Holy challah Batman! You all bought up all of yesterday’s batch of challah so we whipped up another batch, and this one is going quickly too! We have one and two pound loaves of plain and sesame. We also have our Blueberry Oat Mini Loaves today. Ciabatta Stirato is hot out of the oven, Jalapeño Cheddar English Muffins and Chocolate Chocolate Chunk Sourdough will be out later today! Keep an eye out for a mid-day c***r creation out soon!

For our gluten sensitive friends we have gluten friendly M&M Brownies, Reese’s Brownies, Coconut Macaroons, and Tropical Meringues. Come by before 5pm today and say hi!

Thursdays are for treating yourself! Fresh out of the oven we have our Classic New England Coffee Cake, and a batch of Tourtière Hand Pies (Québécois meat pies). We also have more of our baked Meringues, flavoured with orange, lemon, and coconut filled with a lemon zinger buttercream. Fresh bread in the window today: White Sourdough Sandwich Loaves, Pain de Campagne, and Large Pain au Levain. Challah is running late but will be out before 2pm. Come see us until 4pm!

Good morning and happy Wednesday! Come celebrate this week being half over with something sweet or maybe something savoury! We have our full selection of croissants including Pain Suisse and Pain aux Raisins, Pizza Croissants, and Ham & Swiss! Scones today we have Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk and Cinnamon Apple C***r. Everyone’s favourite, our Garlic Cheddar Chive Biscuit is back as well! Pain au Levain and Baguettes are getting ready to go into the oven followed by Pain de Campagne and White Sourdough Sandwich Loaves! Our pretzel lye finally came in so we will have Soft Pretzel Épi de Blé tomorrow! Come by until 4pm today and make this Wednesday wonderful! See you soon!

Some mornings more than others make the heart yearn for the French countryside! Come on a little stay-cation and take your tastebuds on a trip to France with us! A Pain aux Raisins with Grand Mariner soaked raisins or a Pain Suisse is sure to transport you to the campagne française. Or maybe you’re embracing the fall here in Maine, if so we have Pumpkin Chocolate chip Cupcakes, Caramel Apple Cupcakes, and Cinnamon Apple C***r Scones! The air is crisp, and the smell of apples and cinnamon is in the air! Come check out our breads and pastries! At the moment we’re featuring a C***r Doughnut Cupcake made with c***r from Ricker Hill Orchard, topped with a sweet crème frosting. We’re also working on a fresh batch of Cretons, so be on the look out tomorrow for this classic made just the way memere did it! We’re here until 5pm! Come by and say hi!
