I’ve spent all of my free time testing and dreaming up flavors and managed to narrow down the menu— now is your final chance to get a few treats for your holiday table.

All loaves made with an organic flour blend consisting of at least 20% freshly milled organic local hard red wheat and/or rye. 36+ hour fermentation.

Cookies and scones made with local butter and cream from Stony Creek Dairy and organic flours. Long fermented 3+ days and full of flavor.
