🥭🥥VIRAL FRUIT PASTRY INFO🍌🍎
Here is all the info you need to know about our viral fruits coming in just two weeks!
Since there is such high demand, I will not be opening preorders for these, instead they will be on a FCFS basis! I will make and post all my batches available! I will be doing both a Defuniak pickup and a speciality Niceville pickup as well! My pastries will be the normal size option, not the jumbo size, with each ranging around 3 inches. These provide a perfect bite without becoming overwhelming to eat! This also allows you to taste and sample multiple different flavors and pick the ones you like most!
I currently have 12 flavors lined up! I will be alternating between 6 flavors a week for maximum efficiency.
About the pastry: These will all feature a whipped mousse dipped in cocoa butter and white chocolate! (These are NOT egg free!) I will be making these 100% FROM SCRATCH down to the compote filling! Most of these are not your standard for this viral dessert. Instead of just a mousse and filling, I have added in my own Bluebird Twist as well as some southern influence into them! You won't find any others like these!
My personal favorites:
Mango: a classic but always delicious! Probably my favorite fruit!
Banana: this is available in two flavors and both are addicting! With a southern flair, the bananas foster is truly a one of a kind combination and works SO well with the praline crunch and the vanilla mousse.
Lemon: paired with a lemon curd filling, a mascarpone mousse, and a shortbread crunch....need I say more??
And...apple!! Paired with my award winning apple pie filling and a spice cake, this is truly a taste of fall we all miss!
Finally....the price! These will be $9 each! Remember that these are a dessert on the luxury side with high quality ingredients!
