Today is a very bittersweet day. I will be permanently closing Cookie Me Sweet to begin the next chapter in my life as a teacher. Thank you, from the bottom ofy heart, for all of the love, support, and events you've chosen me to be a part of the last 3 years. I am truly appreciative.

Here's a quick peek at a few things I'll have available on Saturday. I'm still finishing a few things up, but my goal is to have everything photographed and posted by tomorrow evening. I have roughly 150 decorated cookies available in singles and a few small sets, over 100 cocoa bombs (including a special "Elf Return" cocoa bomb) and a variety of cookie cake slices.

Hot Cocoa Bombs are so close! I found an awesome store today and bought some AMAZING things. I'm just waiting on the molds - which by the way are impossible to find right now- and I'll have some samples to show soon. We taste tested some of the coating candy today....yum!!! Can't wait to share with all of you!
Would anyone be interested in a porch pop up for cookies and treats? I'm thinking maybe one in November right before Thanksgiving and another in December right before Christmas. I'll have a variety of decorated cookies, Paint-Your-Own cookies, cookie cakes, and hot cocoa bombs. You'd just swing by, grab what you'd like and pay either online or cash. Thoughts? Interest?
I'm going to preface this post by saying that I will be very limited in decorated cookies from now through the end of the year and will not be taking custom orders for November and December. I'm dealing with a hand injury that requires a splint for 4-6 weeks followed by a surgery on the same hand to remove a tumor in my bone, which will also require some recovery and possible physical therapy. While I am able to decorate, the baking is a little more challenging. If you know you'd like to order holiday sets, please let me know as soon as possible.
I spent the day trying some new recipes to add this year. It's been a long time since I've branched out, and with only one functioning hand, these are a ton easier. These are THICK 9" cookie cakes all made with homemade cookie dough and homemade buttercream. Pumpkin with cinnamon chips and cinnamon buttercream, Loaded Reese's, Funfetti, and Chocolate Chip M&M. I can add decorated mini's to any as well (super cute!!). So far, the favorite is the Pumpkin Cinnamon! Cookie Cakes start at $20. PM me to order.

I will only be taking limited orders for both Thanksgiving and Christmas cookies this year. If you would like to place an order, please do so sooner rather than later to hold your spot. All Thanksgiving orders will be available for pickup on Tuesday and Wednesday November 26th and 27th. Things have been relatively quiet in the kitchen for the last few months. I've taken a small step back from orders and temporarily closed my Etsy shop. It's gotten to be very overwhelming trying to manage family, kids activities and cookies and I needed a little breather. I'm slowly getting balanced again. Thank you for the continued support. **Christmas Ordering**
Due to an overwhelming amount of orders, I will only have very, very limited ordering for the rest of this year. I'm hoping to have one more set option available in the next week or so, but I am currently booked solid until December 15th (THANK YOU!!)! My goal is to post all of the holiday options by December 1st, however and I completely 200% booked (yes, that's a thing 😂) until December 15th. The shipping deadline for USPS this year will be December 12th to ensure you all get your goodies on time.
From December 16th-24th, I will offer local pick up or delivery for a small additional fee. If you know now that you'd like to have an order made, please let me know ASAP! Even if you haven't decided on the specifics, I can at least get you on my calendar.
