Just a few of our delicious delicacies we made for Catering … Vegan Blueberry Peach Crisps, Chocolate Peanut Butter Bomb Cupcakes, jumbo Carrot Cupcakes with a Cream Cheese Buttercream, mini Cheese Cakes, Double Chocolate Mousse Cups topped with Chocolate Chips , and a variety of jam stuffed Cupcakes!

With a combined total of 69 years working for FSA ( Dave at 39 and Kim at 30), our March 2024 FSA Commissary Employees of the Month are Dave Lewis and Kim Collins. Being short staffed this semester, Dave and Kim stepped up to the plate making sure all of our work got done in a timely manner, while keeping up with the quality of work expected by our Commissary employees! Two long time employees that deserve to be recognized for their hard work and dedication!!!

To help Cranston Marche celebrate NATIONAL PIE DAY, we’ve made Cherry Tart Pies, Red Raspberry Pies and New England Blueberry Pies! We’ve also made Cookie Pies— Cherry, Blueberry, Pumpkin and Choclate Pudding! These are Sugar cookies decorated with Royal Icing!

Our contribution for todays PAINT CRANSTON PINK at Cranston Marche! Chocolate Rose cake, pink Cupcakes stuffed with pink icing topped with pink/white swirl buttercream, Rice Krispy treats dipped in chocolate with pink/white sprinkles and Fudge brownies topped with pink icing (Great job Crew!!!!)
