Jessamine Daly-Griffen Quiche Class 2026 at Chautauqua Institution last week was a hit! Thanks to all the amazing bakers and home chefs who came together for some mindful cooking.

We learned to make homemade quiches with local eggs, local herbs and local veggies!

Thanks farmers at Maggitti Farms and Richard Feinen Farms for our produce procurement.

One last class for summer 2026 tomorrow, one seat remaining for the tart class. Tickets at CHQ.org.

Sunny Salad, featuring cantaloupe, raw fresh sweet corn, fresh parsley and a bit of red onion. It was a beautiful brunch salad that filled my heart with 🌞.
