While Jess is soaking up the magic of Women’s Week in Provincetown with retreat friends and Jen, (and getting some serious belly laughs courtesy of the hilarious Kristin Key 🎤😂), Keith is captaining the Om Nohm kitchen and keeping the ovens warm back home!

And just wait until you taste what’s coming to the farmers market tomorrow…

🍅🍄 Vegan Tomato Mushroom Soup — earthy, cozy, soul-warming goodness. Basically autumn in a bowl. Keith's original recipe.

🥧 Fall Harvest Veggie Quiches — a beautiful assortment celebrating the season’s bounty, baked with love and ready for your weekend table. Potato Leek, Tomato Basil Caramelized Onion and the famous Peter Rabbit, studded with perfectly roasted carrots.

Different places, same Om Nohm spirit: good food, good people, and a whole lot of heart.

Keith rocked the Om Nohm kitchen again this week with me, Jessamine, in support role only. I made the cake, ordered groceries, coached and got to play at market all day, with Jen and friends.

Meet Keith! Stop by and give him some love. He will be at market alone next week. He works his soulful jobs and has gifted us his time now too as a baker and chef.

He has had a lifetime of cool work in his repertoire, including housing security at a Chautauqua County community org, weaving, art school and rebel gardening!

Ask him about his fabric arts?

You might remember Moss that worked for Om before traveling to Italy... that's his kid! Come by sometime at set-up or teardown and you might meet his kid Miles too.

The Om teaching continues, and because of popular request from y'all this week, I taught him our quiche!

Keith will be at market for us this weekend with Rainbow Swiss Quiches, Union Bread, Peanut butter chocolate oatbars, and another batch of Sister Soup made with local cauliflower and onions from Richard Feinen Farms

Fredonia Farmer's Market is this Saturday from 9-1, and Keith will be there, in place of Jessamine, under the pink tent with Jessamine Daly-Griffen

Jessamine Daly-Griffen Quiche Class 2026 at Chautauqua Institution last week was a hit! Thanks to all the amazing bakers and home chefs who came together for some mindful cooking.

We learned to make homemade quiches with local eggs, local herbs and local veggies!

Thanks farmers at Maggitti Farms and Richard Feinen Farms for our produce procurement.

One last class for summer 2026 tomorrow, one seat remaining for the tart class. Tickets at CHQ.org.

May we all be well and enjoy some laughs in the kitchen!
