10 years ago and a lot less grey hair, I opened Twisted Sisters Bake Shop. A dream I had of creating a space that had great coffee, sweet treats and an atmosphere not like any other in Fredericksburg! I wanted people to come and hang out and enjoy a relaxed space. Along the way I acquired the world’s best regulars!!! Y’all made it worth getting up at 3:00a.m 6 days a week for 10 years totally worth it. Thank you for letting me live my dream! Thank you to my stellar staff!!!! We didn’t have a high turnover rate because I only hired the best! Please come say hi to me at Hill Country Chocolate, my next dream! Our bagel dogs and bombs are the perfect savory snack. The bagel bomb is cream cheese, bacon, and chives surrounded by bagel dough. And the bagel dogs have Opa's smoked sausage or jalapeno cheese sausage inside!
