After three rounds of testing and tweaking, I'm finally ready to introduce my newest sweet sourdough loaf:
**๐‘บ๐’•๐’“๐’‚๐’˜๐’ƒ๐’†๐’“๐’“๐’š ๐‘บ๐’‰๐’๐’“๐’•๐’„๐’‚๐’Œ๐’† ๐‘บ๐’๐’–๐’“๐’…๐’๐’–๐’ˆ๐’‰**.

I wanted this loaf to be more than just strawberry-flavored bread. The dough is sweetened with sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and powdered freeze-dried strawberries, with white chocolate chips folded throughout and a strawberry jam ribbon running through every loaf.

The result is a soft, lightly sweet sourdough with real strawberry flavor in every bite.

A quick bakery update: We've made a few repairs to the ovens and they seem to be behaving again (for now ๐Ÿคž). We do know that the control panel and a few additional parts will need to be replaced in the near future, but we're hopeful everything will keep running smoothly.

I need everyone to clock in for their very important bakery duties for a second ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ๐Ÿ“

Iโ€™ve been testing a new sweet sourdough flavor and before I officially add it to the menu, I need your opinions:

Every year, our friend Kelly organizes a 24-hour workout fundraiser in honor of her dad and to help raise awareness and support for families impacted by Alzheimerโ€™s.

Last year, she raised over $6,000 for Alzheimerโ€™s research and support services! This year, sheโ€™s doing it again through 24 hours of workouts, endurance, and showing up for something bigger than herself.

Some stories begin in grief.
Some become memory.
And sometimes, memory becomes purpose.

Less than two years ago, I lost Michael to fentanyl. In the quiet aftermath of that loss, I found myself holding onto the smallest things - memories, routines, favorite foods, little pieces of a person that somehow still feel alive.

Michael loved Cinnamon Toast Crunch. So I created a cookie inspired by him.

Meet Michaelโ€™s Morning. ๐Ÿค

A warm cinnamon cookie filled with Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavor, toasted cereal pieces, gooey marshmallows, and finished with flaky sea salt for the perfect balance of sweet and comforting nostalgia.

But this cookie was always meant to be more than dessert.

Through this journey, I connected with SAFE Project, an organization working to bring awareness, support, education, and hope to individuals and families affected by addiction.
