June events here at the microbakery 💐 🥖

📍 6 June: Flour & Flowers with — 10 AM to 6 PM.
Fresh sourdough, muffins, and cookies available at the shop! Come grab goodies and make a beautiful bouquet. Limited quantities available to preorder. Linked in bio with porch pickup ordering form.

📍 12 June: Intro to sourdough workshop at — 6 PM. Come learn all the basics of sourdough making. Leave with a fresh loaf, and active starter, and a mini loaf to bake at home! 2 seats left!

📍 24 June: Spotsy Farmers Market — 2 to 6 PM. Come early, come hungry, there are so many incredible vendors to visit!

📍 Saturday porch pickups: ONLY available 6/6 and 6/13. We have family coming to visit for our baby’s first birthday (what!) so we are taking the last two weeks off of porch pickup to hang with our loved ones.

Y’all…I will shout it forever…always. bake. the. bread!!! You never know how it’s going to come out. Blown away by this bread that doubled in size in my refrigerator overnight and still came out great. Grab a fresh loaf tomorrow at , we won’t blame you for eating it there while you sip on a glass of wine from at 😉

A small glimpse into yesterday’s sourdough class. We went over all the basics (in “tell me like I’m 5” format), fed starters to take home, shaped bread, and yapped away with doughy fingers. Thankful for this opportunity to share something that has been so meaningful to my family and me. If you’re interested, there are SIX spots left in class on 6/12!! Linked in bio to sign up 😊

And that’s a wrap on another Wednesday market ! Thankful for this community and your support…no matter the weather ☀️☔️ we are constantly refining and taking notes, namely that y’all are READY for jalapeño cheddar to hit the menu, AND you want more focaccia bread 😂 all I can say is “heard, chefs”, I am on it! Catch at the market next week — preorder your cinnamon rolls & cookies ASAP!
