I’ll be in town all day, so if you’re headed into town and need a loaf for the week, you can grab one from me for in-town pickup. 💛

Bread is restocked this morning after a SELL-OUT day yesterday! 🙌🍞

And for those thinking ahead for the Fair Parade, cinnamon rolls are stocked too! Because a little sweet treat makes parade morning even better. 💛

Adam and I will be at the fairgrounds for the next four days, helping carry on one of our favorite community traditions—the Gillespie County Fair! 🎡🎶

I’ve prepped dough ahead of time and it’s resting in the fridge, developing all those wonderful flavors you love. I’ll be baking in between fair duties so I can keep the shelves stocked throughout the weekend!

I’m so incredibly thankful for everyone who stopped by and picked up some Omie’s BakeHaus goodies today. We sold out of bread at EVERY location…on a Wednesday! 🥹💛
