This order was over 6wks ago & I never got around to sharing it.

Minecraft had me itching to try something thats 'new to me'. And Lindsey can't just settle on basic... I don't know her & I never want to 😉

So, if it's going to be a legit Minecraft sword, then its gotta be squared. I was giddy to try my new square baking pan! They turned out perfect just as I was imagining!!

& my sweet friend outdid herself on the party's decorations as usual(you can sneak a peak in two of my pics)!! She truly has a gift!!

📣Calling all Barbie fans!!!📣

This sweet girl celebrated her birthday in STYLE! 💅🏼 It was all things pink, glam & glitter... and the cake was no exception! 🎂

Mom requested a tall(we did 4, 5" round layers) strawberry cake with buttercream icing in pink/white marble with simple piping around top edges & fun sprinkles.
Well, Miss Lindsey doesn't just do sprinkles. She does shimmery, glittery & sparkly BLING! There's no other way 😍😂

Once again, Happy Birthday, sweet Delilah!

Last Friday these fun, bright turquoise cupcakes helped to celebrate the sweetest young lady turning 13! 🎉🧁

Happy Birthday, Mieke! I hope you & your friends had a great time and enjoyed the cupcakes!!

- Turquoise/teal, white & gold were requested in buttercream icing
- I hand painted the polka-dots & number 13
- pictures not doing justice, but I used 3 different shades of teal :)

🌷🌻🌸🌼 More beautiful Spring flowers! ~ only this time its for a 16th Birthday celebration!!
The birthday girl loves flowers... especially tulips & sunflowers. So as long as those two were included, her mom gave me the green light to choose colors & designs of the rest for the flower-themed party!

I've been excited all week, planning which colors & which flowers I'd choose 🤗
I decided:
Sunflower
Tulips(my first try!)
Hydrangea
Baby Roses
Daffodil (also a first!)
Tiny orange pansies
Purple Impatiens

I did a fun variety! And although that meant more piping bags, more color mixing, more time & bigger clean-up, it was totally worth it! I also stenciled a few for a unique layout of tulips! 🌷

Meowww!! 🐈

Today we celebrated the sweetest little girl who turned 7yrs old! 🎉 This precious cat lover had one main request... the design to look like her beloved cat stuffy 💜 You got it, girlfriend!

These are chocolate cupcakes with buttercream icing 😋
I utilized small pieces of parchment paper to flatten the round "whisker pouches"(can I call it that? 🤣🤭). I placed them in the freezer for 15min, then easily removed the paper to reveal a smooth circle. Next, I painted the whisker dots with edible luster dust mixed in a high proof alcohol solution that quickly evaporates leaving only the painted dust behind.

Spring flowers were a must for home #2's open house yesterday! It's big, beautiful white front porch is so inviting ~ I picture chatting it up with your best friend while enjoying an ice cold sweet tea next to an old Mason jar filled with freshly picked wildflowers! 🌼🌸

Hoping it was a successful open house for the sellers as well as the potential buyers!

Reveal time! I chose a boho theme for house #1! I tried my hand at a few new techniques & I'm here for it!! These creations are buttercream icing in beautiful shades of dusty rose. Congratulations on the sellers of this home as the previously scheduled open house set for yesterday was canceled because they already had an offer they accepted!
