Handmade sugar paste flowers are a high-end design feature that is highly desired by clients who want realistic, life-like decorations on their cakes. Custom figurines and objects that are designed to order will differentiate my product from the competitors.

Call to see which are being offered that day , or order in advance at minimum of 6 a flavor. Including Browned Butter Double Chocolate Chip with Roasted Pecans, Orange Citrus wiCranberries and Roasted Walnuts and Orange Glaze, Lemon Blueberry topped with Roasted Pecan, Peanut Butter Crunch Dipped in Chocolate, Brown Sugar Pecan Shortbread, Sugared Molasses, Scotch Bars and Maple Bars.

Hi Cupcake Fans!! The sun is shinning and melting all the snow!

We are now BOOKED for pre-orders for BOTH FRIDAY Dec. 18th AND SATURDAY Dec. 19th for Cupcake and Cookie Orders.

We will have some retail available on both Friday and Saturday.

There will be a LIMIT of no more than 4 cupcakes PER-FLAVOR!!! This is to allow others a chance to get some as well. Limit on Cookies is 4 per flavor and Bars will be limited to 2 per flavor.

We do expect to be very busy on both Friday and Saturday when we open at 11:00. Please dress warmly! We will do our best to get you through the line as fast as we can.

Our cupcake flavors for this Friday and Saturday (Dec 18th & 19th) will be Apple Streusel, Eggnog, Chocolate Peppermint, Gingerbread Raisin, Chocolate Pecan, Red Velvet, Salted Caramel, Madagascar Vanilla, Black & White, Double Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Coconut. We might also have a few other flavors in order to use up the last of our frosting flavors from special orders.

If there is a cupcake flavor you would like, that is not listed above, you may order them in a batch size of one dozen.

Cookie flavors will be Brown Butter Double Chocolate Chip with or without Pecans, Oatmeal Raisin, Molasses Krinkles, Lemon Blueberry, Orange Cranberry, Peanut Butter Crunch Dipped in Chocolate, Brown Sugar Shortbread and Snickerdoodle. We will also have the Maple Nut Bars and Toffee Bars.

Due to this being our last weekend open, we are trying to accommodate as many orders as we can manage. We don't want to disappoint anyone. But there will come a point when we just can not take any more orders. We hope you will understand.

We will be in the shop later this week (except on a snow day) to help take orders and prepare for the weekend rush. You can reach us by email at [email protected] or by phone at the shop at 301-898-2666.

Open today from 11:00 until 5:00. Special cupcake flavors are Chocolate Peppermint, Golden Raisin Gingerbread with a Molasses Ginger Buttercream, and Chocolate Pecan. We'll also have our Red Velvet, Salted Caramel, Madagascar Vanilla, Black & White, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Double Chocolate and Coconut!

Our Cookies today are the Browned Butter Double Chocolate Chip with Pecans, Oatmeal Raisin, Peanut Butter dipped in Chocolate, Orange Cranberry Glaze with Walnuts and Lemon Blueberry.

Our Blondies today are the Toffee Bar and Maple Nut.

NOW CLOSED PERMAERMANENTLY

Frederick and Friends,

All great things must end. We have decided to close this chapter and the Red Door on our beloved Angelcakes at this year’s end. Our decision is indeed bittersweet; we will miss everyone we have come to know but are looking forward to the freedom this will bring us to dedicate more time to our personal lives. Baking is hard work!

But we will forever cherish the memories you have given us as you made us part of your blessed events, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, straight A's, graduations, retirements and new jobs, and everything else in between. The bright smiles on everyone’s faces and sometimes tears made all the flour and batches of buttercream worthwhile.

Please understand this move has nothing to do with COVID, to be sure, we had planned to shutter our doors this past May but instead trudged forward to accommodate so many of your postponed weddings. And the Frederick community has been so so supportive to our business during this time. For that we are so very thankful.

We hope that the New Year will bring health, healing and happiness to everyone as we forge on. We will miss seeing all of you! Please stop in one last time before we go.

Are you ready for the Holidays? We are!! We have Eggnog, Chocolate Mint, Coconut, Madagascar Vanilla, Salted Caramel, Double Chocolate, Black & White, and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcakes today!!

Our Cookies today are Oatmeal Raisin, Browned Butter Double Chocolate Chip with Pecans, and Orange Cranberry Glazed with Walnuts. We also have our Toffee Bars and our Scotch Bars.
