Don't forget, if you're passing through North Hagerstown, you can find my baked goods here at The Market Hub, Thur & Sat 9-5, Friday 9-6. Many of the vendors here also sell at the local Farmers Markets.
The staff are super nice! Shoutout Rosie, Taylor and Zie! The owner, Jill, is always downstairs serving up something warm, which changes monthly. October has Brazilian Black Bean Soup (with more meat than beans, btw). Soooo so good.

Tomorrow morning I'll be in 2 places at once. How, you ask? My friend, Ruth, has volunteered to man a table up at Pleasant Hill Produce at 8444 Fountain Rock Road in Walkersville, from 9-11am.
She'll have Slider Rolls, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Oatmeal Raisin Cookies and three flavors of Shortbread, Vanilla, Lemon and Orange.

I'll be at the Frederick Farmers Market out on the Golden Mile next to Gavigan's Furniture. This Market is from 10a-1p. I just might have some of these Chocolate Marshmallow Cupcake Cookies!

Hey, hey! Only a few weeks left of this fine Market. Penelope's will be there for the duration with some serious goodies.

This summer has flown by! The kids are back in school and we're in the final three weeks of our market season. While summer is coming to an end - summer produce is still here. This week we will have local sweet corn, tomatoes, peaches, green beans, and plenty of other fruits and vegetables produced right here in Frederick County. If you're too busy getting back into the school routine, we've got La carreta tacos y tortas and M.R.CHEESECAKES ready to help you with a made-to-order dinner and dessert. Papa Uke will be strumming his ukulele while you shop all the great vendors at our Wednesday market, from 4pm-7pm at the Jefferson Ruritan Pavilion!

We're celebrating National Farmers Market Week at this week's market on August 9th! Stop by the Jefferson Ruritan Pavilion from 4pm-7pm and visit all our local producers, makers, crafters, artists and local distilleries. This week's food truck is Stroker's BBQ. Barbeque pairs great with the bluesy harmonica and guitar played by our local star, Steve Magnuson. We are at the peak of summer produce, with local tomatoes, melons, peaches, and so much more here at the market! We will also have our local 4-H club, the Calico Clovers, selling their sweet corn as a fund raiser!

Hi All!

We'll be outside with our tents tomorrow evening at the Market. Whistle Punk Farm Food Truck and M.R.CHEESECAKES will be with us. I'll have my locally procured fruit coffee cakes with me. Blueberry, Cherry and Wineberry!

We're changing up our game this week, all our vendors will be out in tents in the Ruritan parking lot while the buildings are set up for next week's Ruritan carnival. All your favorite vendors will be here, locally raised produce is here in all its summer glory! Stop by for your peaches, sweet corn, and tomatoes! Listen to East of Antietam, Whistle Punk Farm Food Truck will be performing their sandwich magic, and dessert is from the Frederick County Famous M.R.CHEESECAKES.
