870-500-6535 Our Story.. for a living. And so it began. Then one day.. Oh my.. Dreams can come true.

In 2014, Kat's grandmother who was suffering from dementia began telling people that her granddaughter was a famous baker and that her cakes were going to be in magazines all over the world. Kat was actually a former substance abuse counselor who worked from home as an online boutique owner. After months of hearing about her grandmother repeating this story, Kat looked at her husband one day and informed him that she was going to start baking.. She got licensed to bake from home, started with cupcakes, birthday cakes, and eventually wedding cakes. Grandma started saying that Kat needed a bakery. So, Kat secured a building, got approved to open on her grandmothers birthday, Baking by Kat opened its doors on August 15, 2016, and sadly her grandmother passed on August 22, 2016. This is a true story of inspiration, faith, and love. Sometimes there are people in your life that believe in you more than you believe in yourself. If you are inspired to be more, have faith that it can happen, and love with all your heart.. This is for you Grandma Rose..
