What started as a gluten-free ice cream cake business has grown into a home bakery offering cookies, breads, cinnamon rolls, pepperoni rolls, cupcakes, muffins, and more. There will also be dairy-free options available!

For Beth, the heart of Sweet Cakes is making sure everyone gets to feel included, especially when it comes to enjoying food at community events. 💛

I decided to test a new cookie flavor - Pumpkin Coffee Cake with maple glaze.
According to my husband I can make these anytime.
So I’m sure you’ll see them at a market or festival this fall.

I have been trying for a long time to make a bagel like I remember eating in New Jersey as a little girl.
I feel I’m as close as I’ll ever be. These bagels are soft and chewy. I almost cried eating one tonight.

Saturday morning 8/15 Sweet Cakes LLC will be at the Grant County farmers market. This will be my last weekend until September.
I’ll have gluten free goodies like donuts, bagels, sourdough cookies, brownies and breads.
Stop by for a few gluten free treats.
