Baking has taken a backseat temporarily, but the wait will be worth it - our kitchen remodel is in its final stages! The old farmhouse lacked ample counter space, but that's all history now. We're counting down the days until our kitchen is fully functional, probably just another week or so. Thanks for sticking with me through this process.

It’s been a slow few weeks for me. I have extra GF baking items so I decided to make blueberry and banana muffins and 4 pans of dairy free cinnamon rolls.
We’re going to start a kitchen renovation in the next week so this will come in handy once the kitchen is broken down.
