So honored to be asked to do the wedding cake for my nephew, Luke, and his beautiful bride, Raeisha, this weekend! (They made their cake topper!!)

Cake deets: top two tiers - Pistachio Cake with chocolate buttercream filling. Bottom tier - white chocolate cake with lemon chiffon and raspberry filling.

I first went to see Beauty and the Beast in the theater with my husband when I was pregnant with our first son (he'll be 33 this year!) It's sweet that kids are still enjoying this classic!

Cake Deets: lemon blueberry cake with blueberry filling and vanilla buttercream. Mirror is 50/50 and painted with edible luster dust. Figures are from Amazon.

Love this sweet, simple cake for a sweet 4 year old!

Cake deets: sour cream vanilla 5" and 8" cakes, 50/50 gum paste/fondant crown and hearts, edible butterflies.

Love how this turned out! (And the purse and perfume bottle are edible - made from rice krispy treats covered with fondant! Happy Birthday, Diane!!

Cake Deets: vanilla/chocolate sour cream cake with strawberry filling. Buttercream frosted, then striped using 50/50 fondant/modeling chocolate. Gumpaste flowers.

90% Eclipse here in Franklin, TN. Pics taken on my phone. The clouds cleared just enough that we got to see part of the show! And we ate Moonpies and Sunchips while we watched. 😂

An acquaintance asked me who was making my birthday cake... 🙋‍♀️ Me. It was me. 😆 I don't always, in fact I don't usually, but this year I wanted to try a raspberry buttercream filling I found a recipe for - along with my chocolate cake. And yes, it was delicious!

Cake deets: Deep Chocolate cake, with a cream cheese buttercream flavored with freeze dried raspberry powder and a touch of raspberry preserves. Finished with a simple chocolate buttercream and raspberries brushed with an edible gold luster dust. So yum!
