The Hollow Spot Sourdough and Fresh Pasta Hello! My name is Elizabeth and I started this business many years ago as a hobby. Well... at least those nearby.

Feeding my friends and family; always bringing the cheesecakes to work functions etc. It slowly turned into, "Hey, my friend of a friend wants a cheesecake, how much?" It's been super fun and I am excited to expand my business to everyone else. I have never posted this business on social media, be patient, it's under construction. :)

Hey!!! We have some loaves left from the sale today for 1/2 price if anyone is interested! We can either meet you in just a bit in bowling green or tomorrow in bowling either in the morning or afternoon. I will post what we have left here in just a bit!!!

Update:

3 dark chocolate espresso loaves
3 orange chocolate
1 rosemary with honey and goat cheese
1 plain bagel
3 plain loaves 2 are already sliced.
2 mini Italian loaves
1 Flight Savory 4 flavors
1 tomato basil
1 everything bagel

That’s what we have for half price right now and we will be in bowling green for a little bit so if you want a loaf just let us know!

The day has started and the countdown to place your order is upon us! You have until noon to get those orders in!! We have been super busy and apparently the new pie sticks were a hit! We will have more this week. You guys are awesome and I want to thank you for making this season such a good one. You all mean soo much to this small baker!
