The Hollow Spot Sourdough and Fresh Pasta Hello! My name is Elizabeth and I started this business many years ago as a hobby. Well... at least those nearby.

Feeding my friends and family; always bringing the cheesecakes to work functions etc. It slowly turned into, "Hey, my friend of a friend wants a cheesecake, how much?" It's been super fun and I am excited to expand my business to everyone else. I have never posted this business on social media, be patient, it's under construction. :)

So it’s supposed to be rain, rain, and more rain Saturday. I will have orders but I will not have extras. If you want something from me, you have until 4pm today to place an order!!! Repeat, I will not have anything but orders Saturday so if you don’t order, it’s not going to be there. The weather would have to change quite a bit and I don’t see that happening yet. I will keep people posted but the rain chances are just too high to bring a bunch of bread out. You can check out my website from here or message me with questions.

Also the campfire loaf is still available and is a favorite this fall! Nothing like s’mores in a bread… then turning it into French toast. Messy, yes… worth it, absolutely!

For those who have waited for pasta info, I have 1 spaghetti, 9 fettuccine and 2 soup noodles left for purchase. You can reserve here by messaging me but be aware if you do not pick up by 11am I sell it. This is standard for all reserved items because payment is not taken prior!

Hey everyone! The weather doesn’t look to really be the best on Saturday morning but I am still planning on bringing a limited supply of bread and orders. If you need something held back or wanted to try a certain item, please message me asap. Moving forward, quantities will be limited because the season is upon us.

Oh I can’t wait to see everyone at the market. We are definitely going outside the norm and bringing some sweet treats. The campfire loaf is already selling fast and I thank everyone that has reserved a loaf. You won’t be disappointed.

I’m not saying you should run don’t walk to buy this but cool weather is upon us and there is nothing better than a campfire surrounded with friends and some s’mores… except, if you’re like me, I can’t stand the smell of smoke, shower is needed immediately after lol. I love the company and the warmth just not the smoke and smelly part of it all. Well, sometimes it’s nice for the nostalgia of it all but still, you get my point.
Long story short, if you love the s’mores but can’t stand the fire or don’t like to share, I have the new campfire loaf. Chocolate and vanilla loaf loaded with all things s’mores. This is not a healthiest bread I make but certainly a darn good one if you want to indulge a bit. Reserve one or two until midnight tonight! Otherwise you’ll have to come to the market and hope there is some left. PM to reserve.

Finally got back and filled some orders people wanted stuck back. This is what we have left updated as of 5pm this evening. $8 a loaf $5 for bagels if you want anything on the list below:
