The Hollow Spot Sourdough and Fresh Pasta Hello! My name is Elizabeth and I started this business many years ago as a hobby. Well... at least those nearby.

Feeding my friends and family; always bringing the cheesecakes to work functions etc. It slowly turned into, "Hey, my friend of a friend wants a cheesecake, how much?" It's been super fun and I am excited to expand my business to everyone else. I have never posted this business on social media, be patient, it's under construction. :)

I don’t post some of my wants when it comes to my business. I believe that if I continue to work hard and make the best products I possibly can, that in time, all things will come about.

Tonight, I reached 500 followers on my page. To some, that may not seem like many but to this microprocessor, it is a lot! I don’t post anything but market stuff and menus. I have a couple of videos here and there. I’m quite camera shy actually.

500 followers. 500 interactions, 500 people that are giving me a chance. That to me is beyond cool.

I celebrated my 1,000th customer at the market and I can’t tell you how awesome that was last year.

I love that those at the market and those that have followed me here… are simply here with me in my journey. You all are quite important and special to me. It’s been amazing. It’s been life changing.

You all are why I am living my dream. Thank you. 💚
