An assortment of desserts was ordered for an engagement party on Saturday consisting of Magic Bars, Espresso Bars and Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies! First of all...YUM! What a delicious array of treats! The combination of chocolate, butterscotch, coconut and mixed nuts on a graham cracker crust is certainly nothing short of "magic"! And the espresso bars?! Buttery graham cracker crust filled with homemade caramel and topped with a dark chocolate espresso ganache! Delish!

This weekend was truly amazing! I had one of the busiest and most productive baking weekends of my life since the start of my baking business. A big, happy 'thank you' goes out to everyone who placed orders and let Millingers Bakery be a part of their special occasions! I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to do this for a living!

It's been a busy day in the kitchen!!! Playing around with some old favorites and testing out some new creations! On the menu: Lemon Squares (the perfect combination of sweet and tart), 2 takes on some delicate and absolutely delicious raspberry macaroons and some fluffy red velvet cupcakes! I typically like my red velvet paired with with the classic cream cheese frosting, but this white chocolate buttercream is to die for!!
