The farm stand is open today with what’s left from yesterday ✨

After a 16 hour baking day on Saturday, Sundays are a little slower and simpler around here — no big restock, just sharing what didn’t go so nothing goes to waste.

For the future, Saturday is always the best day to come 🤍 That’s when everything is freshly baked, fully stocked, and the stand is at its fullest. Since it’s cold out and traffic is lighter, I try to bake intentionally so nothing gets overmade.

Kitchen was a little chaotic and yes… I ran out of ink while printing copies of our licenses 😂
(Everything is approved & good to go - copies coming as soon as the printer cooperates.)

Tomorrow we open Front Porch Pantry and our kitchen currently looks like a bakery exploded 😅

My sister and I have been baking nonstop, making lists, cleaning as we go (or trying to), and reminding each other we will get it all done. It’s messy, loud, and a little stressful… but honestly, these are the moments I wouldn’t trade. 🫶🏼

Front Porch Pantry is officially OFFICIALLY back 🎉😅

After getting all the correct licenses AND approval from planning & zoning, I’m happy to say the stand is 100% approved and ready to reopen 🙌🏼

Since it’s December and officially cold out ❄️🥶 (we’ve already had snow a few times!) I want to hear from my locals ⬇️

Would you still come out in this weather, or would you rather wait until after the holidays / closer to January or Spring time?

If we do open and snow hits, I would post updates and close when needed — safety first of course!

There’s something about baking that just feels like therapy. 🥰 I had an online order for an assorted cookie box — vanilla cloud cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and those classic no-bakes and honestly, putting it all together was the highlight of my day.

The kitchen smelled heavenly, the cookies came out so cute, and dropping them off this morning just made me smile. Little moments like this make life feel slow and sweet. 🍪✨

Unfortunately I woke up to a visit I wasn’t expecting — someone reported my Front Porch Pantry for not having the right business license. I had my state license, but I didn’t realize I also needed one for the county & planning zone too.

So while I work on getting that sorted out (and wait for approval in January 😭), I can’t have people coming to my home for pickup right now. 💔 My heart honestly hurts a little because this has been such a fun, exciting start, and I’ve been so thankful for everyone who’s stopped by or supported me.
