I’ve recently started baking cookie cakes as a hobby while staying home with my little ones. Now let me start of saying that since I’m just getting into it, my cakes are not perfect but they are delicious! I am still learning and just enjoy making them. I use buttercream icing and have only made white and milk chocolate chip cookie cakes. I plan on messing around and doing sugar cookie cakes as well. Possibly in the future other treats as well such as, cake pops and chocolate covered oreos!
