This is one of those sets that has a fun backstory about how we got to this set. You might be thinking these were for a 4 year old whose birthday was on the 4th of July. But you would be wrong!

This kiddo's mom filled out an order form and said that her 4 year old loved the song "God Bless America", and wanted that to be the theme for his birthday party. In August. Little kids wanted non-traditional themes for their parties is my JAM. She went on to elaborate that she wanted to put a retro/Americana summer/Evel Knieval spin on it. Nothing that was just "American flag on a cookie". Her son had a jacket that she was using as the inspo for the party. She sent me pics of the jacket, and that was the starting point for these cookie designs!

I love using something like this as a starting point for designs! As a customer, you are always welcome to send pictures of actual cookies that you have in mind as inspo. But if you don't, there's no need to spend time scouring the internet for cookie ideas. Send me anything that you're using for your event, and I can take it from there!
