Hello all. It is with both sadness and relief that I announce this bakery is now closed. I am proud of the products I developed and the very hard work it took to bake and sell so much for two seasons at the Whitefish Bay Farmers' Market, one season at the Hartung Park Farmers market, lots of fun pop ups at Draft & Vessel, and hundreds (thousands?) of loaves of sourdough for Wednesday Bread Club. Mostly though, I am incredibly thankful to all of you and your enthusiasm for the bread, pastries, and cookies I made! It has given me loads of joy to put baked goods in your hands for which you showed so much appreciation. I want to leave myself the option to reestablish in the future, or participate in events occasionally, so I will keep the website and and social media accounts open. But for a a variety of personal and logistical reasons, this decision is best for me and my family in our current season of life. With much gratitude, Holly.
