As Labor Day approaches, we have decided not to take special orders but we are offering our 10” shortbread. It will be packaged in a patriotic bow tied bakery box to be party ready (similar to below).

Shown is ‘The Colleen’ (lemon) but we can make any of the flavors we already feature. These will be $25 each. PM me for details.

We do plan to have a small amount of these available at Downtown Crystal Lake Farmer’s Market this Saturday (not patriotic themed) to see how they go over.

Many customers at the Fox Lake Concert Series were asking where they can find us in coming weeks/months now that the concert series has ended for season.

Granny Margaret’s will be at Depot Park, Crystal Lake every Saturday 8am-1pm until 26th September. Last market will be ‘Johnny Appleseed’ theme and promised to be a great event.

We will keep you updated of markets after that.

Hello everyone!

Friday 21st is the last night of the Fox Lake Concert Series. 😞

Granny Margaret’s wants to say a massive, and sincere ‘THANK YOU’ to Jennifer and all the team and volunteers that have done SOOOO much to create a wonderful area for us all. It’s been amazing and I can’t wait to see what else they have in store for us in the coming months/years!

Kudos to you all at the the Village of Fox Lake for making this a great season.

Even though it was a quieter event at Fox Lake Concert tonight it was a great evening, and Granny Margaret’s had to come home and bake a little more for the Downtown Crystal Lake Farmers Market tomorrow. It’s a rain or shine market and as of right now it’s still on!! Hopefully see some of you tomorrow!
