All of our baked goods and compound butter can be frozen. Our (V) Focaccia and Mini Focaccias are fully baked and can be eaten as is. Feel free to add your own cheese or other toppings to further customize your focaccia. We do suggest heating up the (V) Focaccias and Mini Focaccias at 375 degrees for somewhere between 6-12 minutes (Ovens vary, so your time may be different) in a toaster oven, regular oven, or an air fryer to crisp up the bottom and make everything warm. In the summer we love to put the (V) Focaccia on the grill for 3 to 5 minutes, the grill imparts a slightly nutty flavor to the bread itself and crisps up the bottom nicely.
We can put together muffin trays, brownie bite trays, and sweet dessert bread trays for your meetings and other events, ask us for details! We also ship throughout the country and our cookies and bread make great corporate gifts for the holidays or anytime.
Please note that while our (GF) Gluten Friendly items are baked with Bobs Red Mill 1 to 1 gluten-free flour, the commercial kitchen we use is not a certified allergen-free kitchen.
