My sweet Grandma taught me everything I know about baking. I starting baking sweet treats and other yummy things as a very little girl in her kitchen. When I was about 11 years old, I found instructions in a magazine on how to cut a round cake and shape it into a dinosaur. I made that cake for my little Bro's birthday with the help of Grandma; and, well...the rest is history. I realized then that

you could make anything you wanted out of cake and icing. I love to make new creations and make something I've never made before. I love the art of making beautifully edible goodies; but most of all, I love seeing the smiles on the faces of people who enjoy them!
