Sourdough Journey so far...
It was very overwhelming in the beginning. So little ingredients but so many steps.

Sourdough starter is a living thing. I have kept them going, learning their behavior.
I've been getting used to the many steps and learning how my environment effects it.

Today I baked a Jalapeño Cheddar loaf and Cinnamon Swirl loaf as well as Italian Herb Focaccia.

They all taste amazing! But I did learn a few things while shaping the dough. So next time they will be even better!
