The ovens at Petite Treats by Holly are warm again, but only for the holidays! Your favorite festive treats are fresh from the oven. 🍰✨

From our classic sugar cookie kits and paint your own cookies for the kids, to our NEW gingerbread house kits, decorated sugar cookies (available at 11/22 and 12/20 pop ups only!), and shortbread cookie option, everything is made with the same love, care, and holiday cheer. ❤️

📍 Colorado Springs!! (Near UCCS)- Wednesday evening and Friday morning only
📍 Fountain (my home)- Saturday morning and mid-afternoon
❗EXTRA- For the FOUNTAIN location only.....there will be cash-only baked goods will also be available on first-come, first-served basis until sold out.

Apparently this weather gave me an itch for all things comforting, baking, and a desire to experiment with some things.

I had a batch of crockpot apple butter all set for canning when I woke up. Then I thought biscuits would be an amazing addition to breakfast tomorrow. So I did a trial run on a newish recipe and changed up the “rolling out” process. They are very pretty, but tomorrow will be the real test of how they taste and how the texture is.

Finally, I decided to try fine tuning my gf/df pie crust to make chicken pot pie with, which just seemed fitting for the weather. I got some killer lamination in my pie crust! 🤩 The family said it’s the best gf pie crust to date.

I am literally so excited for the upcoming holiday season now!!! 🦃🎄 Pies have always been my absolute favorite thing to bake and bow that joy has returned.

Throwback Thursday to a custom sugar cookie order for a girls summer camp.

These were a lot of fun to create and renewed a love for sugar cookie decorating that I had forgotten about.

⛺️ Summer Camp just got a little sweeter for some lovely campers! These custom cookies are gluten, dairy, and nut free and have a custom edible image to match the camp theme.

📸 Edible images are an excellent way to create a one-of-a-kind treat that is safe for your special dietary needs.

Had the chance to make a cake for a friend! Baking for friends is so nice!

This is a Birthday Treat (funfetti) cake with vanilla frosting. As always gluten-free….and delicious!

I love learning new techniques to make old, pre-celiac diagnosis, recipes new and safe!!

I have finally gotten the recipe and tweaks right for my Amish Friendship Sandwich Bread recipe and it’s become a household staple once again!

This bread is slightly sweet and sour because it’s a sweet, fermented starter for sourdough goodies. It’s strikingly similar to Hawaiian Sweet Bread! I am working on perfecting the rolls too.

What is something you remember from before you were diagnosed with celiac disease that you wish you could convert?

I’ve been playing around with recipes using my Amish Friendship starter.

I made these dinner rolls and they were so pillowy soft, slightly sweet, and that taste of sourdough was perfect! They reminded us of the Hawaiian Sweet Rolls that we loved so much.

I still need to work on perfecting the recipe, but this was an excellent first shot! 💕
