Fiona has done her magic on Castlerock Sourdough Bread again!

The Bread Hut will open today, Thursday at 5 PM. Since it may be pouring rain, I will only put a very small supply of bread out today. I will reserve most of our bread supply for Friday morning beginning at 10 AM until dusk. Continuing to Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM until dusk.

We will be delivering to Bluff Country Co-op in Winona MN and you will find it on the shelves Friday morning.

We hope to see you all at the Winona Farmers Market at Levee Park Saturday morning beginning at 7:30 AM until 12 noon.

The Bread Hut at Castlerock Sourdough is brimming full with delicious fresh baked Sourdough of all types — as well as SOURDOUGH SWEET ROLLS! The sweet rolls are made with 40% fresh ground flour - milled at the bakery, farm fresh eggs, and a low sugar - cream cheese and butter frosting! These are probably the healthiest and tastiest sourdough sweet rolls in our tri-state area! 😅

Come for a visit and have a picnic at the little picnic table next to The Bread Hut. The picnic table is also handicapped accessible, meaning it has a higher top so a wheelchair can fit under it comfortably.

You can watch the goats graze, the peregrine falcon fly off the castle rock above, and you will hear all types of birds sing!

Castlerock Sourdough will be at the Winona Farmers Market this Saturday, May 30, from 7:30 AM to 12 noon!

We will load The Bread Hut starting at 5 PM Thursday, 10 AM to dusk Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and possibly Monday.

Summer can now begin! The geraniums have been potted and set up on the front porch tables!

Tony and Kristin drove out to pick up a Sourdough Sweet Roll at The Bread Hut! They appreciated the extra frosting that Audrey put on all the sweet rolls last week! I’ll see if she can do it the same way this next week!

We begin loading The Bread Hut, Thursday at 5 PM. Then continue on into Friday, Saturday, and Sunday beginning at 10 AM until dusk. Until supplies last!
