It has been BUSY🫶💚🥒
Yesterday's (and the early morning hours) prepping for the Pickle Fest was one of those "if it can happen.... kind of days". Jars of canned goods breaking during loading, pickle cookies turning into blobs on the pans, the thermal printer for labels deciding to quit AND the regular printer. 😢BUT - despite being short some inventory, we are coming with some bakes, fresh popsicles and frosted lemonade. We can't wait to see you all!

I am at max capacity! It is BUSY time getting ready for Saturday! I will not be answering messages until after the Pickle Fest Texarkana, guys. Thank you for understanding! I have the honor of making the wedding cakes for the wedding of the year (aka the Pickle Fest wedding💚) as well as our HUGE setup. We have a big menu and variety for everyone this year - you won't want to miss it !

***EDITED TO ADD: The pickle pizza will NOT be available for Saturday. This was just dinner at our home. We love pickles, too. 😂🫶****

Can you guess what interesting item will be at my booth on Saturday? I thought some of the bakes last year would scare some of you off..nope. Turns out - you guys love the weird stuff! 🤔🥰

Any interest in pasture raised pork fat? These were my hogs. Raised on BOSS, oats, raw milk, and organic hog starter (only as piglets). No soy, ever. These were a huge heritage Breed and this would make excellent lard to render. I have 4 of these bags, each one roughly 24 to 30 lbs. I need the freezer room. I will make a good deal to get them gone quick!
