Hi everyone! I thought I’d introduce myself. 😊

My name is Boo & I’m the baker behind CraeVan Sweets, and I’ve been baking for over 30 years. My love for baking began when I was young, and what started as a hobby has grown into something I truly enjoy sharing with others.

Baking is a family tradition that has been passed down through generations—from my grandmother, to my aunt, and then to me. Some of my favorite memories were made in the kitchen, and those moments are a big part of why I love what I do today.

When it came time to name my business, I wanted it to be personal. CraeVan is made from my children’s middle names, and the children in my logo represent my grandchildren—the inspiration behind so much of what I do.

These days, I focus on creating fun treats like my smiley face cookies and cake pops because there’s nothing better than seeing someone smile when they take that first bite. That’s what baking is all about for me.

I don’t bake because I want to be the biggest bakery around. I bake because I genuinely love it, and I enjoy bringing a little happiness to everyday moments through something sweet.
