Gramps' Bakehaus next Pop-up is this Saturday from 9 am to 1pm.

Tentative Menu items will included:

Sourdough Bread: Original, Jalapeno Cheddar, Croissant and White Chocolate Strawberry.
English Muffins
Cinnamon Rolls
Scones: Lemon Blueberry and Orange Cranberry
Cookies: Chocolate Chip and Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip.

Final menu will be posted tomorrow.

Experimented with open baking today. Whole loaves are my original sourdough batards and I sliced into my white chocolate strawberry batard. I am ok with these results.

Happy Saturday 💥

Just got back from a very successful Pop-up in Dallas.

For my local folks, here is what I have remaining if you are interested.

2 Original sourdough sandwich loaves $11 ea
5 original boules at $6 ea
1 White Chocolate strawberry boule $8
3 Hatch Chile cheese boules $8ea
3 Multi seeded boules. $8 ea
5 orange cranberry scones $4 ea
And
3 Lemon Blueberry scones $4 ea.

This is for all my Dallas customers. Gramps' Bakehaus will be back at Haute Sweets Patisserie in Lake Highlands, this Saturday the 29th, from 9am until 1pm.

Will be bringing Sourdough Bread, Original and some favorite flavors as well as some new ones. (Think Hatch Chili with Pepper Jack cheese). Also bringing our fan favorite English Muffins. We will even throw in some Cinnamon Rolls, Scones and (my favorite) Syrian Pita Bread.
I know most of you will be there because you are craving Haute Sweets seasonal favorite Beignets, I have already preordered my own and I can't wait. So while you are waiting in line, look to your right when you get in the store and say Hi. 😃

Wow. Had a great day today meeting everyone who stopped by and checked out my Pop-up. Basically sold out. First time that has happened.
I did have a "no show" on a preorder so I do have a little something to offer this evening.

2 original sandwich sourdough loaves at $11 ea.
A 2 pack of orange cranberry scones at $7 and,
A 2 pack of lemon blueberry scones at $7.

Let me know if you want something. Pick up only.
