The Cake Fairy Custom cakes and desserts The Cake Fairy is a business operated from home and is certified through the Texas Cottage Law. There will be a $20 late order fee.

We are located in Southwest Fort Worth 76133. We'd love to create your special day sweets. All the photos here have been made by us. Below is information that might be helpful but please contact me with any further questions. Quotes / Deposits / Payment / Delivery
When asking for a quote always provide amount of servings and cake design for a faster response please. All quotes are given accurately

depending on your guest count and final design. All orders require a non-refundable deposit (half of balance) to reserve your spot. IF THERE IS NO DEPOSIT, THERE IS NO ORDER. I only take 3-4 orders per day and 1 big event will block out the entire day in order to complete and deliver in a professional manner. The remaining balance is due upon pickup/delivery. Delivery fee is $60 in Fort Worth and $85 in the Dallas area. All other places are based on distance traveled. All big event cakes require delivery by us. On smaller cakes, once your cake leaves our location with you, The Cake Fairy is no longer responsible for any damage or wrongful handling of the cake. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and cash. Cake tasting is offered by appointment to wedding, anniversary, and quincenera parties of 150+ guest. It includes 3 flavors and is $25 (paid at time of booking) for 2 people. Deposit is based on balance of order but should not exceed 50%. Total balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to event. Bookings / Cancellations / Design changes
Orders must be placed in with 2 weeks minimum time. In the event that you cancel, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. If you change your date we can try and accommodate that depending on availability and there is a $25 fee for date change. Cakes are not transferable meaning that you can not cancel your cake and then try to let someone else pick up that deposit for a different cake. Cake designs changes can be made for a fee of $25 and can be made no more than 2 weeks before your event. Pricing
All cake pricing depend on amount of servings and detail of cake. Buttercream cakes start at $3.00 a slice and fondant cakes start at $4.00 a slice and go up from there depending on design. All 3D/elaborated cakes start at $225 plus the overall design of the cake. These cakes take a lot of dedication and time. Minimum cake order is for 12 people. Cake Design
If you provide us with a picture of what you want, we will make your cake as close as possible to match it. Please do not ask if we can make your cake exactly like the picture. Colors and textures may vary along with other details. If you do not have a picture we can sketch one out for you. We will have our watermark on our sketch and reserve every right for it.
