28lbs of coffee just arrived! 2 favorites with high octane (bold) and Dominican Republic Red Honey (smooth) and 2 new ones I'll be trying out. One from Sulawesi Indonesia and another from Sumatra!

We had a great opening weekend and got some excellent feedback from everyone.
We have decided to keep the 3 roasts we were selling as our fixed rotation. We will have different roasts from time to time but we will always have those 3 in stock.

Bold - straight strong coffee flavor. From the provider it is a blend of complimentary beans with higher than average caffeine content. We used this for our cold brew.

Smooth - a bean from the Dominican Republic republic. Super easy to drink with slight strawberry aroma and stone fruit flavor. (my favorite so far).

Decaf - an Indonesian bean with a slight marshmallow taste. Like the smooth coffee above, it is easy to drink and delicious.
