UPDATED ORDER POLICIES

I am a stay home mom, who does cakes from time to time from my home. I do not purchase my supplies at wholesale cost or in bulk. That means I use my time, my money up front, my fuel, my talent and creativity to make your cake. Please consider that when reviewing my pricing.

-All orders over $60 require 50% down at the time the order is placed.

-All orders placed within one week of pick up date will be required to pay in full at the time of the order and incur a $25 rush charge.

- The Full Amount is due at pick up NO EXCEPTIONS.

-I DO NOT take CHECKS. I have been burned in the past by this and I no longer take checks for this reason.

-My kitchen is a gluten/nut/red dye/high fructose corn syrup friendly environment. I use these ingredients on a regular basis in almost all of my cakes. It is the CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY to notify me of any and all allergies to be considered at the time the order is placed. I am not liable for any allergic reactions to any product.

-Changes to your order are allowed up to 3 days before. With that being said, the price is subject to change as well.

-CANCELLATIONS are accepted up to week before with a REFUND of any money you paid down with the exception of anything I special ordered for your cake that cannot be returned.

-I reserve the right to refuse any cake order to anyone for any reason.
