🤍 the secret to achieving that elegant, clean white buttercream finish for wedding cakes? ✨

A beautiful white cake design starts with the perfect canvas. I’ve been loving the Roxy & Rich Whitener for buttercream to help neutralize those natural yellow tones and create a brighter, more polished finish.. especially for timeless wedding cakes. 🤍

✨ How to use:
• Use 1 spray per 100 g of buttercream to neutralize unwanted yellow tones.
• Mix thoroughly after each addition before adding more.
• For best results, use a stand mixer or hand mixer.

This works beautifully with:
🤍 Swiss Meringue Buttercream
🤍 American Buttercream
🤍 Russian Buttercream
🤍 Mascarpone Frosting
🤍 Other butter-based frostings
