Yesterday was closing day for my sweet client McKenzie!!!! I’m SO thrilled for her to now be a homeowner and was so excited to be the one to walk her through the process!!! Many memories to be made in their new home 🏡! Many thanks to Kakes by KariAnn for the adorable closing cookies!!
Closing 2 of 2 today 🍾🏡🙌🏻🎉!! This one has been a roller coaster 🎢 ride from the beginning until closing today, but it’s not how you start, it’s how you FINISH and we DID IT!! We ran into a few snags with their loan along the way BUT, our lender, the listing agent and I never gave up and we got to the closing table!!! The Ocasio’s are first time homeowners and they are such a deserving family!! Jonathan is a police office and it just warms my heart to know that they achieved one of their family dreams! It’s my “why” for this career!!! A special thank you to Kakes by KariAnn for the closing cookies! They loved them!
This family was such a joy to work with!!! It took us a couple tries to get a Southlake home under contract, but we persevered and today they received their keys to a beautiful new home exactly where they want to be! It was a huge leap of faith for them to move from New York to Southlake, but they knew this is where they wanted to be and we worked HARD to make it happen for them!! Thanks to Pam Anderson with Supreme Lending for being my partner in this transaction 🙂. Also big shout out to The Gift Gal for the awesome Southlake goodies and Kakes by KariAnn for the beautiful cookies! .
