Please take a few minutes to read through the term and conditions carefully before placing your order with SimplySweetNina. The full terms & conditions are detailed below. SimplySweetNina specializes in modern style buttercream cakes and cupcakes (no novelty cakes). Also offering Custom decorated cookies! SimplySweetNina is NOT an allergy-free

kitchen. I cannot guarantee that my products are free from ingredients that may affect those with food allergies. The following ingredients are used in my kitchen:
• Milk and other dairy products
• Eggs
• Nuts
• Wheat and gluten

COLORS AND DESIGN•
Inspiration photos welcomed! Exact match cannot be guaranteed I will endeavour to meet your requirement as far as possible. This also applies to food colourings and icings. I can only create your finished order from what I interpret from the wording of your order. SERVING SIZE•
Custom cakes are designed to serve the number of people you specify. My cake serving size is based on event style ( please ask to see carving chart if needed). If you are serving larger slices of cake and run out, I’m not responsible to provide additional cake. ORDERS•
All orders must be placed in advance! This allows me to prepare/ purchase items needed for your order. I require a minimum TWO WEEK booking notice. All orders under $100 will need to be paid in FULL (non-refundable) due at time of booking. CONVENIENCE /RUSH FEE•
although my general policy is 2+ weeks notice, I can sometimes accept an order within a 5-3day notice a additional $10 fee is applied. ORDERS OVER $100•
Security Deposit / Retaining fee / Payment
50% retaining fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. This holds the DATE specified.
* A 50% (non refundable or transferable date) deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. Your order is not confirmed nor booked until a deposit has been paid. Once the deposit is paid, you are agreeing to my terms and conditions.
* The remaining balance (last 50%) is to be paid IN FULL ONE WEEK prior to pick up. If your payment is not made you will receive a notification reminder and given 24hrs to respond. Any unpaid balance will fall under a canceled order. If for any reason, SimplySweetNina needs to cancel an order, a FULL REFUND will be given. SimplySweetNina will not cancel or reschedule your order unless there is illness or personal circumstances. I will endeavour to provide notice in advance and return the refunded amount as soon as possible. TRAVELING WITH THE CAKE•
DO NOT place the cake on a seat in the car, seats are slanted and can damage the cake. The cake should be placed either in the boot or the foot well of the car on a non-slip mat. Extra care should be taken when driving as some elements may be delicate. SimplySweetNina cannot take any responsibility for damage to cakes when collected and transported by customers. STORAGE•
All cakes / cupcakes can be refrigerated and taken out the day of event serving, at room temperature. They should be kept out of direct sunlight. Any cake/ cupcakes/cookies placed outside during an event has the possibility of melting or deforming due to the heat.
•cake and cupcakes can sit at room temperature for 3days and refrigerated for 5days
•cookies will remain fresh for two weeks in unopened heat sealed package. By paying your deposit it will be deemed that the terms & condition are understood & accepted as applying to your order
