Guys 🥹 I wanted to cry yesterday. I take great pride in my sourdough and it’s something I LOVE to make. Yesterday I went to slice my personal loaf from last weekend and I said NO WAY. The inside was not my standard that I set for myself. I have a system in place to try to keep my bread consistent and it failed me for whatever life’s reason. I REFUSE to not fix this because I myself felt so frustrated and that’s not how I operate. I’m human but I will always want my best work put forward. PLEASE if you bought a loaf of bread for me and it didn’t match my standards I want to replace it for you! 🩷
