The little micro bakery gets better and better everyday!
Still a ton to do before it’s fully operational but the closer I get the more I see this vision coming to life. I can’t WAIT to be baking in this space!

It’s bake day! As usual I’ll be at the YLNI Farmers Market | Fort Wayne, IN tomorrow morning from 9am-1pm! You can find me on Berry right in front of the parking lot for the history center 🩷

Just a friendly reminder I offer pre orders for the market through the link in my bio, porch pick up, and delivery within Fort Wayne! 🙏🏻☺️🩷

You can also find my delicious bread now at the farm stand with Bakers Fashion LLC every Thursday!

Can’t wait to see everyone at the market! Come by and get some fresh bread 💚🩷

This is what handmade is all about. No fancy equipment just me and my trusty KitchenAid mixer.

I repeat this process 30 TIMES to have enough dough for my farmers market. It’s time consuming but rewarding in so many ways. Hopefully one day I’ll get some commercial equipment to expedite the process but for now this is how I use what I can for my micro bakery 🩷

The downside of using dye free food coloring is finding similar products that still give you VIBRANT colors. If anyone has recommendations for some safe food coloring please send them my way! I’d love to make various themed loaves using more fun colors while keeping things dye free of course 💜🧡👻 postmalone staring at you during this video is a vibe
