Just finished this birthday cake and it will be picked up soon. A nice butter cake with a mixed berry compote filing, rich vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream frosting and topped with fresh berries. One of my favorite cakes to make.

On Saturday I made these for a special baby shower...Lemon cupcake with a blueberry, basil and lemon filling, topped with a lemon Buttercream and blueberry drizzle. They were a hit!

A delicious weekend at the 2015 Creekside Arts! Thank you to everyone who came out to the Clayton Library to see us and bought some of the goodies. Keep and an eye out for where we will be next or send us a special order for your next event.

To all my fans I will be at the Creekside Arts Celebration
(with Creekside Artists Guild and The City of Clayton) to not only sell my wonderful desserts (S'mores Cupcakes, Black Raspberry Chocolate Cabernet Cupcakes, Raspberry Lemonade Cupcakes, Irish Car Boom Cupcakes, mini Lemon Cheesecakes and mini Chocolate Caramel Cheesecakes) but I am entering some as art work. So come to the Clayton Library this weekend...details below. I will only be there on Friday night and all day Saturday.

Tomorrow I will be baking and want to know if anyone would like to order...Chocolate cupcakes with either chocolate, vanilla or caramel frosting or Red Velvet cupcakes with a rich cream cheese frosting?
