So close to the FIRST Porch Market of 2026! Stay tuned for details and happenings as soon as I get them figured out.

As I settle in to the last five months of immunotherapy, relocate my footing in life with this new body, and work towards re-opening the Porch Market, I ask that you continue to interact with our posts to keep us in the algorithms on social media. I also ask for patience as things are going to restart very slowly to ensure I don’t overdo it, which many of you know I am very good at doing.

Enjoy these “favorites” and “new things” to look forward to when opening day arrives! The website is currently being updated to reflect current food costs and pricing, plus changes & additions to the menu. I am taking reservations to hold order space for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and the Holidays.

So excited! Closer & closer to the first official Porch Market! 🤩 Details will be posted soon on how markets will function, when they will happen, etc.

Had the first order pickup in the new cabinet this week! Our goes quickly! A quick note that the Square is being updated over the next couple weeks with cost adjustments, new items, updated items, and some exciting new things that came with the freedom of the new food freedom law! Questions? Just inbox. I AM taking order reservations for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. So, don't wait to get your name on the RESERVED list!

Hi Friends!

Just a quick note & heads up on the changes in HEA 1424 that went into law on July 1, 2026 in Indiana! As of now, will be a Homestead Vendor, which is the same thing I've been doing, with the possibility for a LOT of added extras! Like... party food, meal kits, the almost famous lasagna, lunch items, snacks...etc. SO, lots to think about and consider on what I might be adding in to the menu in the not-so-distant future.

To those who have always wanted and begged for me to cater your parties and events.... well, maybe you'll get your wish! 😉...but not quite yet.

Side note: While certifications and regulations are more "lax" being a Homestead Vendor, I will still be holding all of the certifications and such that HEA 1309 regulated as well.

Just a quick preview...

Working hard to get the Porch Market open in the next few weeks! It's been five years since I've done a farmers market, thanks to breast cancer & other life altering medical chaos. I am hoping to fall right back in place with my old regulars, new faces & friends, and so many new, healthier & & treats & eats!

OH, Forks! Tidbits & Updates:
-a home based bakery for 15+ years
-cookbook lines available on Amazon & at the market
-ALL gluten free, and vegan & sugar free when you need.
-allergen friendly, customizable options.
-gourmet goods with organic, natural ingredients
-a Celiac & Chronically Awesome owned business
-fully certified with Serv Safe, including Allergen certification, & my state RRMC
-website with free Radical Recipes & lots of info
-Square online expansive menu & special orders.
-porch Market will have a Goods cabinet, large cooler, and the old black market shelves will hold lots of offerings, elderberry kits, DIY Kits, & more!
-New VIP Loyalty card program!
-When the market is open, it will be monitored. No free range porch sales here... been there, done that.
-QR codes available for quick pay via Venmo & Paypal. Square invoices via email as well. Or cash- there is a payment box within the cabinet.
-Suggestion box inside of cabinet as well.
-Signs coming soon...

So excited to give this a-go, as body limitations have changed how I have to roll. Nervous fingers crossed that I've found a manageble way to make it all happen. 🤞 👩‍🍳 I really hope some of you will give us a try! I *need* this to work to cover the costs of a medically tumultuous life.

SO many new flavors & things & goods to unveil! A new VIP loyalty program, merch, & more. I'm working on getting all of the new labels printed, utilizing official software for recipes & analysis, & ensuring all my certifications are visible. Look! It’s a NEW sign!

Thanks to those who have continued liking, loving, and sharing statuses while I am on a cancer-driven hiatus! I appreciate you! I am nearing the end of radiation, where I will then continue with chemo & immunotherapy into 2027. The good news is that this treatment is “lighter,” so I will be able to function a bit more here and there. Once the radiation exhaustion wears off, anyway.

The sign shows you my next plans— finally opening the porch market this Fall! The OH, Forks!™Porch Market will allow me to have larger bake days when I can and begin taking special orders once again as well. When the porch market is open, signs will be out and there will be social media posts with times and details, plus a full cabinet and giant cooler full of goods to choose from. Including new goods… like & Cakesicles & CakeBallz & Dot Cakes! Plus, all the classics so many have loved over the past fifteen years!
