Our custom creations make excellent dessert options for weddings and other special events -- we can even provide uniformed servers and a beautiful display table. Some bad news and some good news!

The bad news: We’re just about sold out for today! Only a handful of slices left!

The good news: Another friend reached out and offered us some more locally grown pawpaws if we’d make a few more cheesecakes. Well, we couldn’t say no to that!

So tomorrow, we’ll have 30 more slices of Pawpaw Cheesecake available in the case!

This will officially be our LAST batch of pawpaw cheesecake for the year! So if you missed out last time, you’ve got another chance!

💜 UBE CHEESECAKE 💜

We’ve been making cheesecakes for nearly 20 years, and somehow it just dawned on us… Purple Mountain has never had a purple cheesecake. 😂

Well, that needed fixed.

Introducing our Ube Cheesecake!

Ube is a purple yam from the Philippines with a naturally beautiful purple color and a mild, sweet, almost vanilla-like flavor with slightly nutty notes. It makes for an incredibly smooth, creamy cheesecake that’s a little different from anything we’ve made before.

We learned something with our first batch, too! We originally described ube as a Japanese sweet potato, but a few of you were quick to help us out. Ube is actually a Filipino purple yam — so thank you for setting us straight! 💜

Finished with our own homemade whipped cream.
