I had the honor of creating a keepsake showpiece cake, along with cake and cupcakes, for the first-ever AC-130U reunion, bringing together more than 230 attendees from the Spooky community!

As proud as I was to create something special for this event, the best part was watching my husband reconnect and reminisce with old friends and colleagues he hadn’t seen in many years. Seeing the smiles, hearing the stories, and watching everyone pick up right where they left off made this so much more than a cake order.

So happy to support my husband and the Spooky community. Thank you for letting Just Think Cake be a small part of such a meaningful reunion! 👻✈️❤️

Our community has had a tough week, and we know many of you are just getting power back and catching your breath. We hope you and your loved ones are safe and that each day brings a little more normalcy. ❤️

If you’re ready for a little time out, we’d love to have you join us for our Ladies Night Cupcake Decorating Class at Aces Pub on Thursday, October 22, from 6–8 PM.

We’ll practice buttercream swirls, make custom fondant toppers, and enjoy a relaxed evening together. No experience needed—and you’ll take home six cupcakes you decorated yourself! 🧁

I’m still mourning the loss of one of my little mixers, but the bakery doesn’t stop when the icing needs making. 💔

Thankfully, Stir Mix ALot stepped up like the dependable big sibling she is and helped me make 24 batches of icing to get us through this week. TWENTY-FOUR! 😅

She’s earned a good cleaning, a little rest, and possibly a promotion. Thank you for saving the week, Stir Mix ALot! 🧁💕.
