Today is the last chance to get your orders in for Friday pickup before the preorder window closes.

I’m still offering my Sourdough Par-Baked Pizza Crusts! 🍕

These are one of my favorite things to keep on hand because they make pizza night so easy. I like to top them ahead of time and freeze them so we have ready-to-bake pizzas in the freezer whenever we want one.

Why they’re great:
• Made with sourdough for extra flavor
• Par-baked so they’re quick to finish at home
• Perfect for meal prep — add toppings and freeze for later
• Great for busy weeknights

How to use them:
1. Add your sauce, cheese, and toppings
2. Bake at 425-450°F for about 8-12 minutes (until cheese is melted and crust is crisp)

If you freeze them after topping, you can bake straight from frozen — just add a few extra minutes.

I’m adding something new to the menu — Sourdough Par-Baked Pizza Crusts (11–12 inch)!

Naturally fermented for that classic sourdough flavor, partially baked, and ready for you to top and finish at home. Crisp edges, soft interior, and pizza night made easy 🙌🏼

Perfect to keep in the fridge or freezer for a quick dinner.

Preorders are open now and will close once I reach capacity. Pickup will be Friday, March 6th.

Thank you so much for your patience while I took a little time off over the holidays and for appointments—it truly means a lot. I’m excited to be back and baking again.

For February’s menu, I’ll be featuring:
• Purple Sweet Potato Loaf

• Strawberry Lemon Scones
• Raspberry White Chocolate Scones

Pickup will be Friday February 6, and pre-orders will close February 4 at 4 PM.

I’ve been spending a lot of time in the kitchen testing and baking this week, and I’m really loving how this lineup came together. A few highlights include
• Brown Butter White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
• Sourdough Cranberry White Chocolate Loaf
• Espresso Double Chocolate Loaf
• Sourdough Gingerbread Loaf (more like a pound cake — super moist and buttery)
• Christmas Tree Snack Cakes

Plus more are available to order as well.
Orders will close Wednesday evening or once I’m full for the week.

I’ve been doing a little recipe testing to see what might make it onto next week’s menu and possibly the Christmas lineup 🎄
I tried a gingerbread sourdough discard loaf today and… I pretty much ate a whole one myself (with my son helping a little 😅). It was absolutely delicious.
