Each week, we'll have ready-to-go lunch options you can grab from the fridge when you need something quick, easy, and tasty.

Onion and garlic are in season which means it's time for a comforting classic from Crumbstead.

If you're looking for a lunch that's a little more special than a drive-thru meal, then TOMORROW (Thursday) is your day.

We will be in The Kitchen Collective + Collaborative cooking up some classic French Onion Soup.

It'll be served hot during the lunch hour and paired with a Caesar salad and fresh baguette topped with melted gruyere.

After that you'll find it in the grab-and -go case or the Fort Scott Farmers' Market this Saturday along with breakfast bowls.
