Good Ol' Days Breakfast, the Crumbstead Way

If you're heading downtown this weekend for Good Ol' Days, stop by the Farmers Market and grab breakfast while you shop.

This Saturday we'll have two hearty breakfast hand pies made with our flaky buttermilk biscuit dough:

🥣 Sausage Gravy

Classic breakfast favorites wrapped up in a handheld package that's easy to enjoy while you explore the market and festivities.

These will be available in limited quantities, and with the extra Good Ol' Days traffic expected, we recommend reserving yours ahead of time.

Soft inside. Slightly crisp outside. Rolled in cinnamon & sugar while still warm.

Then finished with a cream cheese & buttermilk drizzle.

These old-fashioned donut holes started with my great grandma's recipe, but got the Crumbstead treatment:
-browned butter
-real buttermilk
-baked instead of fried

They taste like a bakery donut, coffee cake, and Saturday morning all at once.

Available this Saturday at The Fort Scott Farmers' Market alongside breakfast burritos and protein bowls.

Small-town farmers markets aren’t really just about shopping.

They’re about running into people you know.
Walking the booths with a coffee in your hand.
Talking longer than you meant to.
Picking up produce, baked goods, flowers, or something you definitely didn’t plan on buying.

It’s making a slow Saturday morning out of it instead of rushing through another errand.

So this weekend, we’re bringing breakfast.
