A little miscommunication on my end resulted in cranking out 48 cupcakes (baking, cooking, dicing up strawberries, filling the cupcake center, and decorating) in a little over an hour 🥵

Shout out to my husband who ran to chiefs to get more strawberries bc the ones I purchased two days ago molded.

Shout out to my amazing customer who was patient with me.

Shout out to my lexapro for helping me be cool as a cucumber after finding out I have 2 hrs to get cupcakes baked and finished and picked up!

…..but look at these perfectly golden strawberry filled vanilla cupcakes!!!!!👩‍🍳💋
