If you’re new here and just now finding my account, prior to baking, I worked in the corporate world for 7 years as a recruiter and in February of 2025 was unexpectedly impacted by layoffs. That month, I went all in on my side hustle and now work 24/7 🤣

This summer I’m exclusively operating on a pre-order basis (with some pop-ups sprinkled in) and make weekly deliveries to and on Fridays! People also have the option to do porch pick-up in the Estero area!

Pre-ordering for the week opens on Saturdays at 9am and closes on Tuesday at 8pm. Pick-ups are on Fridays at all of my locations with different pick-up windows!

I use all organic, unbleached, and unenriched flours. I mill 10-40% of my own flour which means your bread is richer in nutrients and has more health benefits! I use unique blends and recipes for different loaves and work with all kinds of dough. I use no commercial yeast in my microbakery and 90% of my products are fermented for ease of digestion and reduced gluten!

Thank you for all of your support and love this week, Fort Myers. This week was tough on my spirit in some ways, but for every troll I get, I have 20 people showing kindness towards me and my family. Your words of encouragement mean more to me than you’ll ever know. I truly am sorry if I’ve missed messages and comments, but as you can tell, I’m a little busy right now 😅

I absolutely love baking for my community, but taking weeks off is so important to keep this business sustainable long term. This industry quite literally can suck the life out of you if you aren’t careful.

I took an entire week off the first week in April to go camping with our family and then hopped on a plane to visit my brother for his birthday weekend. It was just what the doctor ordered and left me feeling refreshed, full of new ideas, and ready to come back stronger and better than ever.

This past week back feels like a blur! I had my second ever bread drop and we ended up having 22 orders for that location alone. .sourdough moved across the country and recommended my microbakery to a lot of her customers. I felt an immense amount of pressure to get it just right, knowing how reputable and loved Jessica is in our community. Our products will never be the same, because we have our own unique gifts, recipes, and processes, but I feel honored that so many new customers gave me a chance! 🤍

I ended the week with a wonderful beginner sourdough workshop / ! This group was so engaged, excited, sweet, and hilarious. Teaching them was one of the highlights of my week and such a joy!

I was able to fit some family time in with my boys after my class. We did a family movie night and ended up going to brunch today. I miss out on a lot when I’m working 40+ hours a week in just a few days, so the family time I get is always super special!

Easter Bake Week has been NUTS! Thank you so much for all of your orders! I turned on my ovens at 6am yesterday and didn’t finish packaging until 3am this morning!
