r and owner Chris Ketcham, who's motto "A cake should taste as good as it looks and look as good as it tastes," has led to the growing trend away from Fondant, and towards achieving the same look with wet, cream-based icings. Lisa and Chris Ketcham are the second generation of Ketcham's to own and operate Mason's. They recently celebrated the grand opening of Mason's new location in the Miracle Plaza, next to David's Bridal on Cleveland Avenue. Though it was hard to move shop from the Bakery's original location in Downtown Fort Myers, the move has brought nothing but great success and an increase in business for Mason's. The owners would like to thank all of their loyal customers for sticking with them through the years, and allowing them to hold such a key part in making their event a success.
