Fun “Swim” themed cake this week for two lucky swimmers getting ready to take their gift to the college stage! Congrats guys!

Cake Details:
12x18 two layer chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream. Details on the top were created with royal icing

Such an honor to be asked to make a groom’s cake for Tim & Sarah this week! This was all the groom’s design, I just hope that I was able to bring his vision to his cake!

Cake is a two layer, 9-inch chocolate cake with mascarpone filling and chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream. The cupcakes are eggless chocolate with chocolate mousse topping.

Fun end to last week with a vanilla Doberge cake! This pretty, and delicious cake had 8 buttermilk genoise layers with a chocolate custard filling. It was covered with a German chocolate buttercream and then a chocolate ganache glaze. What a treat to make a different type of cake!

Newest cake for the week! We had a Paw Patrol themed birthday cake. Super cute and fun!

Cake details: Top cake is a 4 layer, 6 inch round chocolate cake with mascarpone cream filling. There is an outer layer of chocolate buttercream, with chocolate ganache to get the dark brown color.

Bottom cake is a 2 layer chocolate half sheet cake with 4 inch rounds for the corner of the bone. It also has the mascarpone cream, with vanilla buttercream outer.

You guys, my neighbor who is a promising little baker brought these over today for us to enjoy! She made some cute strawberry short cakes cut out with cookie cutters. AND she flavored the buttercream with strawberries. Oh, and she’s just in middle school!! Amazing baker already!🤩

Ya’ll, I love my friends! I invited a couple of my friends over who I’ve known since middle school, and their kiddos to decorate some cookies. I did absolutely nothing but watch and enjoy and it was amazing! So much fun! They don’t have to be perfect, they just need a purpose, and these ALL did!
