One of the many cheesecakes that I baked over the summer. Some without a graham cracker crust, some that were lemon flavored. Option of whipped cream (regular or basil infused).

Pink Velvet and Lemon Velvet - yummy 😋 ❤️
Haven’t done as much baking over the past couple months with everything going on. Felt good to get back to it. Yesterday I was excited to do some baking and getting a new batch of vanilla extract started (it’s a 6 week process so I try to ensure it is started well before I run out - I have about 64 oz ready to use atm and a litre in process).
