💕 Bakery Update 💕

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to make a little change to the way I do things here at mom + molli.

Effective January 1, 2027 I’ll be shifting my primary focus to cupcakes and stepping away from most custom cakes. This decision did not come lightly.🥺

Custom cakes have been such a special part of this journey, and I am incredibly grateful for every person who has trusted me to create something special for their celebrations. I’ve loved bringing all of your ideas to life, but the truth is… custom cakes take A LOT of time. The detailed designs, decorating, and hours that go into each one along with working full time and balancing family activities have amounted to many sleepless nights.

As I have sat here the last couple months contemplating this decision, I’ve realized just how important it is to me to have that time back.
This isn’t me stepping away from baking — it’s me finding a way to balance all the things I love!

⭐️With shifting my primary focus to cupcakes, I encourage you to share our name with those planning their wedding(wedding cakes are an exception to this change), graduations, special events at your work, bridal/baby showers, baptisms/first communions, vendor event opportunities, etc. the list is endless!⭐️

Thank you for supporting our bakery, understanding this change, and continuing to let us be a small part of your celebrations. Your support means more than you know. Since we started barking in July of 2023 I have had 5 ‘free’ weekends- 2 of which were family vacations. You guys are amazing and we truly feel the love! 🥰
